I've noticed a huge difference in my acne since starting this product. My skin looks brighter as well. I haven't had any drying or irritation - I've been moisturizing with tallow cream after it seems to be working great!

The medication has worked great!

I put this on and instantly I could feel the anger and heat from my acne around my cheeks calm down. I felt less puffier too. I think I was a bit too excited at first and put too much that it dried my skin out so I alternate to every other day and it seems to be working really well. Im very sensitive to many other topicals but this one works so well on my hormonal acne.

After trying a tretinoin and niacinamide formula that did absolutely nothing for my skin, I reached out to Apostophe, and they provided this formula (tretinoin, spirolactone, clindmycin). I started using this formula nightly on 10/31, it is now 11/18. I feel like some of the acne is healing more quickly than it used to. But I continue to be barraged my a new, deep and painful bump somewhere on my chin/cheek every few days. I am hopeful that, with some more time, I will notice a bigger difference.
