My skin is getting so smooth
Started to see an improvement in my skin after a few days. The pump initially did not appear to work and had to pump a few times before any product emerged. It rubs in easy and initial irritation goes after a few minutes.
As expected had initial bouts of stomach upset, but this settled down. Had problems with Esophagitis. Found out that if I took thus every morning with 2 or 3 glasses of water and remained standing for a least 30 minutes, problem went away. My skin has benefited already from taking this mediation after 3 weeks.

I just started less than three weeks ago and the first week there was not much improvement but I did notice I wasnt getting any new pimples but then my period hit and had a small breakout, but its been a week and no more breakout and my old acne seems to be reduced
Although it does work, even topically, the spironolactone causes low blood pressure and anxiety and made me sleep a lot. Even after ceasing the oral spironolactone, it still had this effect topically. Skin does look a lot better though. The healing process is sped up.
