I was giving directions to take 50 mg or a week then up it to 100 mg; however, I get very dizzy and light headed when I try for the 100 mg so for now I am sticking with what my body is allowing. My acne is very much hormonal, and I have high androgens which includes oily skin, a bit more little hairs on my chin than would be considered normal, acne, and prone to being aggressive.
