As expected had initial bouts of stomach upset, but this settled down. Had problems with Esophagitis. Found out that if I took thus every morning with 2 or 3 glasses of water and remained standing for a least 30 minutes, problem went away. While my skin hasn't totally cleared up (maybe a low dosage issue) it has had some effect on my condition. I have also taken it in the past for acne. Do not ignore the instructions about taking with water and not lying down after. You can get esophagitis which is painful. Follow the instructions though and you will be fine.
